yes! here's my idea: It would be good to have a manual mode in our inbox. This can be switched on or off by me. When switched on to manual mode, I can jump in on a chat and start chatting live with a user. I can then switch manual mode off and let the bot take over. There are times where I would like to handle a user live (I can do this inside Facebook messenger and it works great) But it sure would be nice to do it right inside my Bot Inbox.
